Our Client is looking for 1 more Technical Support Professional to Join Their Growing Team! You'll be part of a wonderful team of professionals within an international company that is a leader in their field.
Teir 2 experience:
*Provide support to Dealers and Sales organization. *Process Purchase Orders received via Dealer WEB based shopping cart, fax or email *Answers inquiries and solve problems. Problems are received via Service Requests, email, telephone, or FAX *Process all requests accurately on a timely basis. *Answer all inquiries from internal Company employees promptly. *Follow established procedures which are in place to manage day to day transactions while maintaining flexibility to solve customer specific problems
Understand at a working level and be able to articulate:
- Business, products, pricelists, discount procedure, promotions, planned Company events, services, organization, systems, procedures, and business rules. -How to process all customer purchase orders in both the internal facing Call Center and the external facing VAR Portal -How to effect changes necessary to correct various database issues (including changing profile information, incorrect products, incorrect versions, incorrect Company, incorrect entitlements, merging records, missing legacy data) -Understand and utilize the ACD phone system -Utilize the telephone and Service Request tool to conduct most Customer Center business (vs. email)
