Detailed Job Description:
Busy Litigation firm is looking for an expereinced
Foreclosure Paralegal with understanding of Discovery
Process. Will be responsible for moving up to 100+
files at a time. Will be preparing legal documents such
as complaints, motions, notice of hearings, affidavits,
defaults, notice of action, etc. Will also be reviewing
title reports, title issues and preparing title claim
letter to underwriter along with preparing responses to
Attorney pleadings such as motion to dismiss, extension
of time, vacate motion for default, and preparing files
for final summary judgment of foreclosure. Contested
expereince helpful, but not required. Must have solid
Microsoft Word skills. Great benefit package as well.
