Detailed Job Description:

Staffing Now, located in Edison, NJ has partnered with a
National Service Providor in NEWARK, NJ. This 2nd shift
opportunity would be ideal for any college students, or
recent graduates looking to start a new career.

The Ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Answer and Assist a minimum of 75 telephon calls on
daily basis
2. Provide level 1 & 2 technical product support to new and
existing clients
3. Performing Data Entry into 3 screens during each call
4. Placing a minimum of 15-20 outbound telephone calls to
follow up on service
5. NO SELLING!!!!.. We are looking for GREAT SERVICE!!!!
