This position is ideal for individuals who have excellent

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Primary responsibility for generating a consistent
stream of new prospect meetings through self-directed,
aggressive lead generation and outbound Sales activities.
Major focus is placed on outbound callings with weekly and
monthly activity and meeting generation goals.
2. Inbound/Outbound calls - Lead qualifying/passing and
Cold Calling
3. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly call targets and
meeting generation goals.
4. Maintain accurate database of client contact
information.
5. Thorough identification and documentation of prospects
needs, expectations, and priorities.
6. Appointment preparation activities including research
and scheduling.
7. Self-directed continuous improvement of Sales and
technical knowledge.
Requirements
1. Inside Sales experience dealing with customers and
prospects via telephone and electronic medium
2. Self-motivation
3. Superior communication skills
4. Strong Sales skills
5. Strong negotiation skills
6. Expertise in data hygiene techniques in relation to
contact management
7. Minimum 1 year inside Sales (cold calling) experience.
