Detailed Job Description:
Staffing Now, Inc. is looking for a bilingual candidate
that must have at least 2 years experience in making
outbound calls in a call center environment to work at one
of our clients in West Palm Beach. This position will be
calling customers to set appointments and educate them on
the service they provide. The ideal candidate will have
some sales and telemarketing experience and be quota
driven! To qualify for this position you must be bilingual,
have a resume and have the minimum 2yrs outbound call
center experience!!!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Telemarketer Job Duties:
- Make 200 + outbound sales calls to current customers and
new leads
- Sell health care products based on customer needs
- Answer phones quickly and courteously
- Set appointments based on the customer's need for the
service provided
- Temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.
- Hours are Monday - Friday 11:30am -8:30pm and will
possibly turn into full time.
- Business casual environment.
- Salary is a base +biweekly bonus.
Job Requirements:
- Must have recent (within the past 6 months) sales or
telemarketing work experience -
- Experience in a call center environment
- Experience with Outbound Calls
- Experience with an auto dialer a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
-Ability to meet sales quotas
-Spanish speaking and writing
